Our Mission is to promote health and well being through the provision of integrated acute care, aged support and primary care services, which support the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of our community.

The Vision of Ballan District Health & Care is to further develop its role as a "whole of community" health and aged care provider. This will be achieved through the provision of integrated acute, aged care and community based health care services, which will be delivered in close partnership with the Ballan and district community.
