Independent Living Units Ballan District Health and Care's Independent Living Units are private homes that provide residents with the freedom to manage daily lifestyles but with the added benefit of 24 hour healthcare facilities and personal care. Ballan District Health and Care's 11 two bedroom, self contained units are configured to offer residents easy, open plan livin, including a full kitchen, living and dining areas and bathroom, as well as as external courtyard/garden area and remote controlled garage. Gardening and general maintenance is included in the weekly service fee.
