There are also 'We Listen' forms located in the receptions of our hosptal and also the Centre for Community Health, for those who wish to fill in a form in person. Please fill in these feedback forms and either return them to a hospital staff member or place them in the boxes provided, all for attention to our Complaints Officer. All feedback can be left anonymous if you wish.
If you would rather speak to a hospital representative about you concern or suggestion, please make us aware of this and we can schedule an appointment for you to see the most appropriate person.
